The company has enjoyed great success in many other ventures, and this was our first foray into the world of real estate development. In 2016 we decided to pursue opportunities in the real estate industry, selecting the premier location of Dubai to break ground.
We started with a commitment to develop 1 M square feet of accessible residential properties in the high-end market.
Pantheon Boulevard proved a great success, so with that win under our belts, we are now moving onto our next project, Pantheon Elysee, with which we will complete our original mission to develop 1 M square feet of construction in Dubai before the Global Expo in 2020.
